We’re ending the spread of cancer

Cancer is a dynamic disease that is constantly evolving, developing drug resistance and spreading.

We use patient tumor samples to track cancer progression in our models to determine how cancer migration and drug resistance develop over time. Our computer vision tools find patterns in time-lapsed, live-cell 3D images to predict how each patient would respond to various drugs/combos.

Our models are also applied to immuno-oncology by combining patient tumor samples with matched immune cells. We can monitor immune-cancer dynamics, like immune cell infiltration and tumor cell killing, to measure immunotherapy efficacy.

Our technology has 3 main applications:

1. Personalized cancer medicine: helping doctors eliminate FDA-approved cancer regimens that aren’t effective for a particular patient

2. Clinical trials: matching suitable patients with experimental drugs

3. Pharma R&D: helping pharma companies discover biomarkers and patient populations for new drug development
